Tec is a private and non-profit university, unbiased towards political and religious parties.

Tec´s work, and all of its campuses is supported by civil associations, made up from a group of outstanding leaders across the country, committed to a high quality education.

Since 1978, Tecnológico de Monterrey has had a presence in León, betting on the transformation of education, supported by edgy facilities (unique spaces in Bajío region) and technology, to usher in a new era at the Tec.

Throughout these years, a large number of committed women and men shaped extraordinary experiences, making the mission of our institution a reality.
