The Executive Dining Room not only offers a functional and sophisticated space, but also provides a comprehensive service.
This venue is an exclusive space designed to host highlevel corporate events. With a maximum capacity of 50 people, this venue is ideal for a variety of activities, including talks, conferences, workshops, and banquets. The dining room's elegant and professional atmosphere provides the perfect setting for strategic discussions, formal presentations, and networking events.
The Executive Dining Room can be adapted to different types of setups, depending on the specific needs of the event:
- Auditorium: with capacity for 50 people. The chairs are arranged in rows, all facing forward, where a screen or projector can be installed.
- Horseshoe: This format can accommodate 15 to 32 people and is perfect for meetings where interaction and discussion between participants is required.
- Imperial Table: with capacity from 10 to 32 people, this arrangement is ideal for executive meetings and round tables. Tables are placed so that all attendees can see each other and communicate easily, encouraging collaboration and open discussion.
- Round tables: This setup is suitable for banquets and meals, with 5 round tables that can seat up to 50 people in total.
The space does not have a fixed stage, its flexible design allows for temporary installation of podiums as needed for specific presentations or events.
