Be part of our Faculty
Full-time professors are the backbone of our university and the foundation of our National Schools. They are responsible for the academic development of our students and embody the academic excellence of our institution. Our full-time faculty engage in teaching, service, and intellectual vitality activities, with a focus on educational innovation projects, research, consulting, executive education, entrepreneurship, clinical activities, and artistic creation. This type of collaboration involves a permanent contract.

Part Time On-Campus Professor
Our Education Model requires the knowledge and talent of professors who, in addition to being highly trained in their disciplines, are actively involved in professional practice. This connection with the real world enables our part-time professors to bring practical experiences to the classroom, enriching our students’ learning and preparing them to face the current challenges of their field.
The position of part-time professor is temporary, and the professor commits to teaching their assigned course(s).
Visiting Foreign Professor
The Visiting Foreign Professor position is ideal for candidates who see Tecnológico de Monterrey as the perfect place to strengthen their teaching skills. Immersion in our educational ecosystem and collaboration with our faculty also provide opportunities to participate in research and/or outreach projects during their stay.
These are fixed-term positions lasting between one and two years. Selected candidates receive assistance with relocation, a housing subsidy, and sponsorship for their work permit.
