Call Erasmus+ scholarship

Erasmus+ Scholarships 

for Student Mobility

Academic Term: February – June 2026

With the aim of promoting internationalization and offering new opportunities that contribute to the academic, professional, and personal development of students, Tecnológico de Monterrey, in collaboration with SRH University Heidelberg and with the support of the Erasmus+ fund, invites eligible students to apply for the Erasmus+ economic support scholarship to participate in an international academic exchange experience during the February–June 2026 semester.

 

Eligible Applicants

-Students from the Líderes del Mañana program enrolled in any academic program from the Business School.

-Students who have not previously participated in any academic experience abroad.

Up to €1,500 for airfare to Germany.

  • Monthly maintenance support of up to €850 for the duration of the exchange in the host city (Heidelberg).

  • The Líderes del Mañana Coordination will cover the cost of an international health insurance policy.

     

    *Any additional expenses not covered by the scholarship (e.g., visa, deposits, etc.) must be covered by the student.

  1. Be an active Líderes del Mañana student with regular academic standing during the August–December 2025 semester.

  2. Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 95/100 at the time of application.

  3. Preferably in the 5th semester or beyond, with at least 6 academic units available to complete a full semester abroad.

  4. Not have participated in any international program during your undergraduate studies (summer, winter, or semester programs of any kind).

  5. Language requirement: TOEFL iBT 80 or IELTS 6.5.

  6. Not be under academic or disciplinary sanction.

Required Documents

  • Curriculum vitae (max. one page, free format).

  • Academic transcript (Hoja FAM).

  • Digital copy of your Líderes del Mañana scholarship certificate.

  • Language certificate (TOEFL iBT 80 or IELTS 6.5).

  • Motivation letter (max. one page) answering:

      - What motivates you to have an international academic experience?

       - What are your personal and professional goals for participating in this exchange program?

Submission Instructions

Once all documents are ready and in the correct order, submit them as a single PDF file (max. 10MB) through the following link: Application 

 

Deadline: Applications must be submitted by Friday, August 29, 2025, at 11:59 PM.

You will receive a confirmation message stating “Your application has been received” after submission.

Applications will be reviewed by the Selection Committee if they:

  • Are complete and submitted within the specified deadline and via the official platform.
  • Meet all eligibility requirements.

Applications will be reviewed by a Committee appointed by the Vice-Rectory for International Affairs, which will evaluate submissions based on the established criteria. 

Results will be announced on September 5, 2025, via the official email itesmvi@servicios.itesm.mx and at https://tec.mx/es/internacionalizacion.

  • The Committee's decision is final and not subject to appeal.

  • The scholarship confirmation letter will be issued once the student submits a digital copy of their official admission letter from the host university.

  • Failure to meet admission requirements to the host institution will result in forfeiture of the Erasmus+ scholarship.

  • The scholarship is non-transferable to other programs or academic terms.

- Enroll in a full academic load during the exchange semester.

- Submit a written testimonial with photographs of the exchange experience to the Vice-Rectory for International Affairs.

- Submit a participant report to the host university.

- Complete the online Erasmus+ experience survey.

Para movilidad estudiantil 

Periodo académico febrero - junio 2026

Con la intención de promover la internacionalización y brindar nuevas oportunidades que contribuyen al desarrollo académico, profesional y personal del estudiante, el Tecnológico de Monterrey en colaboración con SRH University Heidelberg y el apoyo del fondo Erasmus+, convocan al programa de becas de apoyo económico para que más estudiantes puedan vivir una experiencia de intercambio académico en el extranjero durante sus estudios de profesional en el periodo semestral de febrero-junio 2026.

Se invita a participar a:

-Estudiantes Líderes del Mañana de cualquier programa académico de la Escuela de Negocios.

-Estudiantes que no han tenido una experiencia académica en el extranjero.
